“From those-you saved”. Memorial de las victimas en Warszawa (Poland).
Una malla textil poco visible representa una do- ble contradicción: captura y salvación. La red, compuesta por cables metálicos, conectados por muelles de diferente deformabilidad, evoca un enredamiento. Toda la estructura está per- fectamente integrada en el parque: es casi in- visible debido a la ligereza y la permeabilidad. Una vez los visitantes y la gente empieza a subir moldean y deforman la red. Las distintas cargas superiores modifican la forma de la malla. Esta interacción provoca que la caída en ciertos pun- tos - casi hasta el suelo-haga imposible caminar o permanecer en el parque bajo la red.
An invisible textile net representing the invisibi- lity of a dual oxymoron: capture and salvation. The net, composed by metal wires, connected by di erent elongations springs, evokes a tan- gled mess. The whole structure is perfectly in- tegrated in the park: almost invisible due to the lightness and permeability. Once visitors and people start to climb, gather and molded the net, the global load change the shape with di- erent deformations. This interaction provokes that the net drop in certain points -almost till the ground- making impossible to walk or stay in the park beneath the net.
