-Generar dos bloques de viviendas prácticamente simétricos para optimizar recursos.-Buscar la máxima diferencia de altura entre los dos bloques, para aprovechar las vistas al mar, el máximo de asoleamiento, la ventilación natural y la privacidad de las viviendas. -Aprovechar el espacio entre bloques para generar una calle interior que practicante conecta las plantas más similares. pandemia una familia decide retirarse a una zona más de campo, alejada de las aglomeraciones de la ciudad. Para ello adquiere una antigua vivienda de segunda residencia, de las clásicas que se pueden encontrar por la sierra de Madrid. A pesar del cambio de uso actual, residencia permanente versus residencia de fin de semana, no quisimos modificar el aire disfrutón de la vivienda. Para ello acometimos una reforma con instalaciones, eficiencia energética y aspectos menos visibles. Intentando limpiar la misma para dejarla lo más "intocable posible". La idea es más de limpiar y respetar que de alterar. Para ello creamos tres villas conectadas que ya estaban allí previamente. Solo que las conectamos y ordenamos. Tres villas en una:-Villa de los afectos: destinada a las zonas de visita, zonas más públicas donde uno tiene relación con el jardín y acoge a los visitantes.&nbsp;-Villa íntima: la zona más privada, allí donde te sientas a ver una buena película, a leer un libro o dormir bajo una luz cálida.&nbsp;-villa de la labor: donde se plantea una zona de teletrabajo, aislada de las otras dos villas pero cerca, donde poder generar algo de ruido pero sin alterar el edificio antiguo. After the situation experienced during the pandemic, a family decides to retire to a more rural area, away from the crowds of the city. To do so, they acquire an old second home, one of the classic ones that can be found in the mountains of Madrid. In spite of the change of current use, permanent residence versus weekend residence, we did not want to change the enjoyable air of the house. For this reason we undertook a reform with installations, energy efficiency and less visible aspects. Trying to clean it to leave it as "untouchable" as possible. The idea is more to clean and respect than to alter. For this we created three connected villas that were already there previously. We just connected and tidied them up. (Spain). 2019. Existe una arquitectura por desvelar en la Catedral de Burgos. Son las arquitecturas de las pequeñas cosas, de las intimidades espirituales, de los lugares de los símbolos y los ritos, de lo cálido. En realidad, de todo lo que se contrapone con las piedras centenarias: Los coros, los confesionarios, las sacristías, etc. Toda una arquitectura de lo pequeño y singular en espacios de gran dimensión. El proyecto rescata los materiales tradicionales con los que se conforman esas arquitecturas. Las alfombras, los terciopelos, las maderas, los cromados metalizados, las texturas y los colores delicados y forma con ellos una nueva arquitectura tremendamente contemporánea que dota de calor y acogida al lugar que recibe a sus visitantes. Por otro lado, el proyecto abre un nuevo acceso en una puerta histórica que había permanecido cerrada demasiado tiempo, y recupera mediante el cuidado y la limpieza la bóveda histórica de la sala de San Fernando. La catedral actualiza sus servicios a los visitantes nacionales e internacionales. Es una apuesta por cuidar y acoger de una manera diferente a nuestros visitantes ofreciendo una experiencia de visita más cálida y completa. Se ha diseñado desde una forma de entender el espacio al servicio de la acogida que hace de esta tienda una extensión contemporánea de la Catedral donde el visitante extranjero o el propio ciudadano de Burgos puede acceder a la compra de un recuerdo del monumento patrimonio de la humanidad. El nuevo espacio contiene el punto de información general, la venta de entradas, la acogida de peregrinos del camino de Santiago, la tienda de nuevos productos y recuerdos de la catedral, los aseos y servicios complementarios para los visitantes. La tienda es un espacio con nuevos productos diseñados para la apertura también para los ciudadanos de Burgos. La Catedral de Burgos es un edificio del siglo XIII, en el que se puso la primera piedra en 1221, y se consagró en 1260. No obstante, el templo es una arquitectura viva que continuamente se ha ampliado y se enriquece con nuevas actuaciones. Se ha situado la adecuación interior en la sala abovedada de San Fernando con una superficie de 260m2 El diseño parte de los elementos materiales tradicionales de la catedral para conformar un espacio acogedor y de confort para todas las personas visitantes y trabajadores. Se han establecido tres criterios principales: · &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recuperación espacial y cuidado del espacio abovedado de la sala de San Fernando. · &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Se ha diseñado con materiales, geometrías y texturas tradicionales que vemos en la catedral: con piedras en suelos y cartas de mesa, con maderas en los muebles, con la geometría de los arcos y bóvedas, con el color de las vidrieras, los cromados tradicionales de las forjas y elementos metálicos. · &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; El proyecto incluye tecnologías de sostenibilidad para el confort climático interior, con un nuevo suelo radiante, potenciando la iluminación natural y mejorando con led´s la artificial, y con un trabajo artesanal en la producción de su mobiliario y su arquitectura. Un proyecto pragmático para un espacio histórico lleno de matices y sensibilidades que provoca la sorpresa en el espectador y aúna tradición y contemporaneidad en una mirada pedagógica de la arquitectura de las catedrales góticas basadas en sus elementos. There is an architecture to be revealed in the Cathedral of Burgos. They are the architectures of small things, of spiritual intimacies, of places of symbols and rites, of warmth. It has been designed from a way of understanding the space at the service of the reception that makes this store a contemporary extension of the Cathedral where the foreign visitor or the citizen of Burgos can access the purchase of a souvenir of the World Heritage monument. The new space contains the general information point, the sale of tickets, the reception of pilgrims on the road to Santiago, the store of new products and souvenirs of the cathedral, toilets and complementary services for visitors. The store is a space with new products designed for the opening also for the citizens of Burgos. Burgos Cathedral is a 13th-century building, in which the first stone was laid in 1221, and was consecrated in 1260. Se valora las dos escalas del proyecto: la visibilidad cercana, más estática y la escala dinámica del AVE a su paso por León. A technological and pracmatic space in thesame place. A building which explores sustaina- ble technological connections between the most efficient shape, comfort and rapid qualities, re- versible and functional construction. The head- quarters, as the company main visible section, are located in a privileged position within the site, offering maximum visibility. El planteamiento de proyecto pasa por entender una convivencia del Mar con otros usos previstos en las otras plantas, y con la voluntad de relación del proyecto con el Bulevard existente. En especial con estrategías de comunicación y pleno acceso desde la planta baja. Desarrollar y mejorar iniciativas de economía social y solidaria que trabajen con alimentos de proximidad, ecológicos y de comercio justo. Conectar y promover proyectos económicos vinculados a distintas partes de la cadena agro-alimentaria bajo fórmulas de gestión cooperativa y comunitaria. Su estructura innovadora se desmaterializa en la parte superior para expresar su transparencia y permeabilidad visual, de forma que la plataforma aparezca como el auténtico protagonista (el evento). La Torre se convierte por tanto en leit-motiv de la imagen urbana, “flotando” sobre la ciudad y transmitiendo una sensación de ligereza. Construir entre medianeras es siempre complejo y más si la parcela posee solamente 6.50m de ancho. El proyecto explora las posibilidades de generar riqueza espacial, capacidad de sorpresa y, ante todo, combinar espacios muy sencillos de forma que se aumente el repertorio de experiencias domésticas.&nbsp;La dialéctica contínua entre los patios se produce por la materialidad de ambos, uno es cálido y de madera, el otro de vidrio y vegetación. The house is located in an area of disorderly growth, between buildings of different sizes and times, in addition to plots dedicated to family farming. Building between party walls is always complex and more if the plot has only 6.50m wide.
